Weapon switching and pickup sometimes does not work

Just a note really quick. This bug is very hard to reproduce. I noticed it in 
all my arena mode games. What happens is sometimes when you are running around 
all of a sudden you cannot switch weapons. Other times when you die you have no 
weapon at all, and even if you pick one up you cannot wield it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up an arena map
2. put your dudes and weapons in.
3. Run around and play with a partner or 2 for a little bit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You are supposed to be able to switch weapons no matter what, also pick up new 
ones. What's happening is, on some occasions for no reason you cannot switch 
your guns no matter what. Does not matter what you press. Scroll mouse or keys 
nothing works. Other times when you die you spawn with one gun, and when you 
pick up more you cannot switch. Other times when you die you have no guns, and 
even if you pick some up, you can't use them. Watch this whole video, and you

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.18 final windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
That's pretty much all I can say. I think I came across it one time by running 
and trying to reload at the same time.
