Not constraining s1pp to have same levels of preferential pairing. #1

Describe the bug Since this is a generation of selfing, the levels of preferential pairing should be the same, but this is not a constraint in the current implementation of flexdog.

I need to redo the optimization for s1pp.

f1pp is seems fine.
