[Bug] Two frisks with the stick #5

This is using the latest dev build 1.4.5 R0.3 as the library. When a player is frisked with the STICK(the command works properly) the player is said to be frisked "twice", so it shows two frisking messages to both player and the one frisking.

Yeah, I've noticed that before. It's not on my list of top concerns or anything, but it wouldn't be bad to fix that.
