What do you think about using http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/autoupdate-update-your-plugins.84421/ as the auto updater?

Implemented it but still need to test if it's working properly.

I also made an update for friskstick on bukkitdev for 1.4.5 R2.0 BETA for those who wanted it and to test the update checking
