Addresses have extra spaces around punctuation #4

Looks like the parser is adding padding/spaces around most punctuation within addresses

Actual: "text": " Kurt - Schumacher - Straße 18-20 , 53113 Bonn ."
Expected: "text": "Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 18-20, 53113 Bonn"
