Cannot receive activation code #4

When performing Registration, I cannot receive activation code after rechecking my inbox. And the email address was not correct, which showed as follows: This is the email I enter: Email Address: thestaroceanster@hotmail.com Confirm Email: thestaroceanster@hotmail.com Institution: Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital

This is the information saying the activation code has been sent: Please check inbox at dmcharytonowicz@gmail.com and copy/paste activation code into prompt below.

I suspected that the email address did not get processed.

Sorry, I finally got the email. It seems that the email address in the prompt is not related to the read email I enter.
