Verify that PDC eligibility determination information is returning from the Curam data pull #1

Because an active PDC may still indicate ineligibility for a particular benefit type, i.e. Medicaid or APTC, our data pull from Curam cannot just filter on Active or Approved PDC statuses. It must also return the eligibility determination for each PDC that it retrieves from Curam, so that HAVEN will correctly asses Curam eligibility when building the arbitrage report.

Can we get some sample ICs from Sarah that are the cause of this problem?

Looking for the examples now, I know Sarah has some she mentioned today, but I didn't get specific ICs from her @pegasus4848
