Results should indicate one of the following:

Single IC match
Multi-IC match
No IC match

As of 8/6 still have about 364 PII sets for which we have no response from George's query, i.e., don't know if it was not found, found more than 1 IC, or some other error.

George fixing query to handle names with hyphens, etc.
