@dchest, @bwiklund indeed. The licence is currently as noted in the README. Perhaps we should submit a request to the semicolon.js steering committee to consider a licence change. Luckily the CLA should make such a process relatively bullet proof legally.

We are in process of registering Semicolon.js Foundation, the non-profit organization responsible for handling issues like this.

Have we checked the legality of implementing the semicolon? I'd hate to see this project taken down in the battle with patent trolls.
