Since miniLock source code now returns a 404 error, I figured it might be good to replace it with another project in the notable users section. Solana is one of the top ten cryptocurrencies by market cap (for reference, Stellar is ranked 30th and is also included in notable users), and they use TweetNaCl.js in their web3 SDK. @dchest please let me know what you think about replacing miniLock with Solana in notable users.

Thanks, but maybe let's take the opportunity to move the list out of README and into this wiki page https://github.com/dchest/tweetnacl-js/wiki/Who-uses-TweetNaCl.js so that we don't have to update it every time?

Something like:

Who uses it
-----------

Some notable users of TweetNaCl.js: <https://github.com/dchest/tweetnacl-js/wiki/Who-uses-TweetNaCl.js>

(I've updated the wiki page with Solana link and replaced a link to miniLock's mention on Peerio wiki page)

Oh right, I totally forgot we had that wiki page (even though I've edited that page in the past as well 🤦‍♂️ ). I just updated the PR to now point people to the wiki page instead.
