Implementation of compile from file and inheritance via Perl

These commits incorporate three major changes:

• The ability to compile a template from the file system.
• A small flag into the constructor to indicate where templates would live in the file system.
• A javascript hook inside a mocked fs.readFileSync that calls back to Perl to load files.

All of these changes include the necessary documentation and unit tests for demonstration.
