Save ivy files when calling resolving for modules. #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create ivy.xml
2.type some dependencys.
3.do resolving.
4. change ivy.xml
5. do resolving.
6.In that moment you will see that resloving going on ivy.xml that typing on 
step 2.

I agree: resolving any module should look for outstanding edits to the 
configured ivy files and save those changes before attempting to resolve, or 
else use the version of the files in the editor rather than what's saved.
