Currently one can use ngdevkit on windows by using WSL and a linux distro. But one cannot consume all the deb packages because there's no MinGW/native package for GnGeo. Consequently windows users are stuck with compiling the toolkit.
Closing this issue now that deb packages and native gngeo installer are available and rebuilt on every commit on master.
