MacOS bottles are no longer buildable nor consumable #50

Now that bintray has been sunset, we can no longer consume nightly built bottles for macOS.

All bottles are now configured to be stored as GitHub Releases. Bottles are now consumed in CI, and I verified locally on a Catalina macOS that they install fine as well.
