I cannot uninstall from my windows XP system #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install UIDL via java webstart
2. Go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel
3. Uninstall UIDL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Full Uninstall

Saw instead: Unable to completely uninstall application.  Desktop icon
still exists.  See attached error image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest java webstart version.  Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

Seems to be a generic Java webstart issue. I can't reproduce it on any of my 
test
systems. Are you able to successfully uninstall other webstart applications?
