Can't save after update KitKat #700

WAndroid 4.4.2hat steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Update system to Android 4.4.2
2.Add an entry or edit an entry on keepass
3.Touch Save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of saving, error message permission denied -
keepass.kdbtmp:open failed:EACCESS (Permission denied)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Keepass 1.99.11
Android 4.4.2

Forgot to mention, device is Samsung Galaxy Note II, SPH-L900.  App is on the 
external ExtSDCard not on the internal device SDCard0. Seems to work if on 
SDCard0.
