unable to edit #704

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to edit passwords, then save
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? An error message saying 
that access is denied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.99.11 on 
samsung s3

1. try to edit passwords, add folder, add entry, then save
2. error message appears: 
storage/extSdCard/keepass/keepass2.kdb.tmp: open failed: EACCES (permission 
denied)

should be able to save, error message instead.
Also using 1.99.11 but on Samsung S4 with Android version 4.4.2
