What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.can not add or modify entries on sd card using android 4.4.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Samsung suggests vendors make their product compatible with kit kat

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.99.11 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 running andrpid 4.4.2
