diigo over quota - migrate to Hypothesis #32

Hypothesis UI isn't as clean as diigo - takes lots more guestures to tag a page. And the on/off status is kinda odd... I'm not really interested in other people's annotations most of the time. self-hosted? sandstorm? nearlyfreespeech?
