I'm struggling to find a copy:

It was published at http://neurocommons.org/w/images/5/57/HLA_Feasibility_Study.pdf , linked from http://neurocommons.org/page/HLA_Structure_Variation . The wayback machine has an archive of the latter but not the former.

I'd also like a copy of http://devsparql.neurocommons.org/viz/pg1.html and points nearby; that was my first javascript project. (message from Oct 8, 2009 has context).
