Conduct an Airtable database audit. #58

Context/Motivation: When information is missing in our Airtable database, it prevents that data from showing up properly in our website UI, or prevents it from showing up completely or accurately. In order for us to ensure we are providing accurate and up-to-date information to individuals seeking resources, we must ensure our database is full and accurate in order to fulfill that promise.

Definition of Done: When we have diagnosed what information is missing from every single field in every single table of our Airtable database, quantized it, and mapped out next steps for addressing it.
