ECOSTRESS spatial radiometer data processing

[x] donwload the data of the ECOSTRESS for the area of Bologna in different periods
[x] extract the data of the LTS - land temperature surface in geotiff format with a projection utm (read here)
[x] identify the right conversion of the data in celsius
[x] extract the boundaries of the Bologna from the ISTAT portal
[x] create a buffer of the boundary of 10km
[x] clip the geotiff with the area created and store it in a repository (the github here isn't enough)
[x] transform the raster in vector by aggregate the neighboring cells with the same value ( = this create areas with the same temperature behavior)
[x] automate the procedure for the conversion
[x] evaluate if it's better use the boundary of the Bologna Metropolitan City ( = the province)
