Settings window doesn't scroll when window is small #223

The window is not scrollable and some settings become inaccessible.

I haven't setup a local dev environment for this extension yet, but I think it might be because of line 20 of this: https://github.com/dclstn/better-snapchat/blob/master/src/script/modules/settings-menu/components/Modal.module.css
