Currently clicking the notification doesn't bring Snapchat to the foreground for me.

(and if possible a configurable setting to open the relevant chat)

This is partially available as of v1.3.2, I realise it only redirects the page web.snapchat.com is open and does not bring it to foreground, will have a follow-up commit addressing this shortly
