Use GET dcm4chee-arc-light/aets/{aet}/diff/pdq/{PDQServiceID}/patients Requires #1852

I can not integrate that on the pro diff because this is not asynchronous service but the design of the diff pro is expecting a asynchronous service. I will implement this on the new study page tab diff, but for that we have to wait for the new study page. (#1802)
