New install / devices not created / errors in log #27

i installed the via hpm, configured it - and all looked good.

i am able to see / select devices via the app.

however - when i search my devices - i don't see any of the devices i selected.

i also see these messages in the log:

any thoughts? Did I do something incorrectly?
