Keyboard is covering input fields in the SocialAuthDialog #103

I'm using the SocialAuthDialog to create a custom auth button.
I first tried Linkedin and noticed that the keyboard covers the text input
fields for username and password

I was hoping the webview in the dialog would resize and allow the space to
scroll

I'm using the 2.6 release on a Nexus 4 running Android 4.2.2

I noticed the code is heavily based on the FbDialog and found a patch that
resolves this for the Facebook lib too.

https://github.com/facebook/facebook-android-sdk/pull/203/files

I've applied the changes to my local version of socialauth-android and it fixes
the issue for me.

Yes this is pretty brutal and results in a poor user experience... Really
hoping to see this soon - I wouldn't classify it as an enhancement - its a
usability problem.

Hi,

We are not including mentioned fix in sdk. It's causing issues to UI of
facebook and salesforce.

The above issue is due to linkedin which has already been locked as bug.
