The original issue at #42 talks about being able to have a unique value for a field. Presumably this is a repeatable field and you don't want the same value entered more than once. This would be defined for the property.

That is different from the question of language values. The question is - at what level do people need to define accepted languages:

for the entire profile
for individual entities
for individual properties

Resolved for individual values - https://github.com/dcmi/dctap/blob/main/TAPprimer.md#language-tags. And there can be multiple labels based on https://github.com/dcmi/dctap/blob/main/TAPprimer.md#multiple-options-in-a-cell so this can be closed. Note, this doesn't resolve a language for the entire profile, but the profile manifest has been deferred. Also, see #47, which is currently relegated to profile ingest programs.
