Should we declare matches between resourceType concepts and other schemes, e.g. skos:closeMatch https://ceds.ed.gov/element/000928#xxx where we have dcterms:source

Points against declaring matches

need to decide which matches to what
maintenance overhead

Points for declaring matches

good RDF citizenship
references can be used
lead by example (we will be asking other people to do same)

Decided we should declare links to CEDS and Library of Congress (which sould be manageable)
