Added javascript load to the bottom of dcmi-terms/index.shtml and html-dcmiterms.xsl Created javascript file Created .htaccess file to be colocated with RDF files in /build/ folder to handle basic content negotiation for html, RDF/XML, and Turtle based on redirects from purl.org/dc/...
