updated Refresh Children wording to reflect current device needs
remove getIcon method (no longer necessary)
converted versioning tiles from Value to Standard for better processing(updates show without needing to back out of thing view
Changed controller report wording (From Event to Status Report)
reordered code execution order for better efficiency
Get Fan name text reverted to full word for better voice control compatibility
further code cleanup

Fan Child:

removed getIcon method (no longer necessary)

Light Child:

removed getIcon method (no longer necessary)
removed extra sendEvent (processed already in parse)
