[Privacy oriented data store or google sheet alternative?]

Hi everybody, I am a bit confused about the data processing of the Data Store app and in general how to treat sensitive data and store it safely. Yes I am aware of the limited logs option, but this is not what I am looking for.

1) Does Integromat keep the data unencrypted on their servers? (I mean the data in the data store app. I understand that encrypting/decrypting the data while it flows from a module to another is not that feasible) 2) Where are the servers and how are they protected? 3) Are there any alternative to Google Sheet that focuses more on privacy and are usable with Integromat?

I suppose you get the idea, I would like to store sensitive data the most private and encrypted way possible and still being able to use that data with integromat (mainly with webhooks and sendinblue apps).
