Comment ID: 3971890646254872 I agree. The Integromat support is terrible.

I've even emailed them multiple times about a bug in their WordPress plugin, even including the exact fix - and directed them to the support thread on their own plugin in the WordPress repository with legitimate unanswered issues.

This was more than 6 months ago, and there's still a bug with the official Integromat plugin.

Comment ID: 3971930419584228 Even when i used the free package i got very quick support, and they did a update on a tool to fit my needs within a day. So i was surpised about the great service level even for a (at that moment) free user.

Comment ID: 3971935096250427 My main and only gripe is that they use Facebook for the community - software that is terrible for this type of thing IMHO - and it is hard to navigate there other help things comparatively.

Take Zapier, I think it is borderline unusable they way you can't jam a path anywhere you want. Integromat is a better tool. But you can find solutions for Zapier WAY easier.

Comment ID: 3972012629576007 I actually got a reply from them ... it wasn't a difficult question though... just about an integration ... it was slow though ....

Comment ID: 3972155059561764 Extremely slow and in the middle of the night for those of us stateside. Would pay for a higher support level if you’re listening integromat.

Comment ID: 3972735629503707 Me too. Everytime I’ve needed help the support staff has been excellent.

Comment ID: 3973566709420599 That's their trademark. They also had facebook chat support for like 2 seconds then they changed their mind.

Comment ID: 3973865749390695 Scott Deewizz 100% agree, I hate using Facebook for support. It’s impossible to search for previous discussions. Something like GitHub would be much better

Comment ID: 3974039362706667 I've been tinkering with replicating this group to https://github.com/dcolley/integromat-facebook-support/issues ...

It's not ideal as - for obvious reasons - we don't get the identity of the person.

Comment ID: 3974350559342214 It depends on questions, doesn't it?

If its something like a basic question that their documents are not fully telling they are quick to respond with no issue.

If it requires somewhat creativity or serious tech issue supports are just not capable of responding and tend to leave it behind.

Comment ID: 3974400999337170 My experience is that they respond promptly and implement fixes quickly. Last time my fix was delivered within 48 hours
