Comment ID: 3972154426228494 I’m getting the same error. I can’t authorize INF any because of error 429
Comment ID: 3972173942893209 Fadi Katto the problem is probably on Keap's end then. I asked the question over the Keap group as well. I will let you know if I find a solution.
Comment ID: 3972236632886940 Dave Candy Please I appreciate it man
Comment ID: 3972240209553249 Fadi Katto just got off the phone with Keap. The can't fix it. The said to contact integromat.
Comment ID: 3972267509550519 Dave Candy Well I think the issue with Integromat because their API is working fine. Did you submit a ticket to Integromat?
Comment ID: 3972357526208184 Dave Candy This is the second person I've seen reporting this error today with Infusionsoft specifically. Maybe report it to them?
EDIT: Didn't know Keap was Infusionsoft. Still, it seems to be happening with them.
Comment ID: 3973019599475310 Fadi Katto it seems to be working now. Had to reauthorization my connection and restart the scenario that had been stopped
Comment ID: 3973278262782777 Dave Candy Just tested and works fine. Thanks man for the update
Comment ID: 3973355579441712 Did it executed any entry or it failed for very first entry?
Comment ID: 3973509896092947 Hello. Try to run the scenario with Integromat debugger. In the response you’ll see a more detailed error description. In this case, Integromat is not parsing correctly the error code so you can’t see the issue

Comment ID: 3974221739355096 Hi guys, any solution about that issue?
Comment ID: 3974351112675492 I have just spoken with Keap (Infusionsoft) about this issue and they have identified that there is an issue with the Integromat integration build and require that Integromat - as the software authors of the integration to log a case via the Keap developer portal to initiate getting this resolved.
Comment ID: 3974352602675343 What is the most direct/fastest way to get Integromat to do this? Do they have support people in this group?
Comment ID: 3974379349339335 happening to me as well
Comment ID: 3974381116005825 Princy Jain it ran Facebook modules then failed when passed to infusionsoft. Started working last night then failed again this morning.
Comment ID: 3974385892672014 Ian Mapp I don't know. I submitted an Integromat ticket yesterday. Maybe go in to the support portal and and upvote it. Fadi Katto Adrian Drysdale
Comment ID: 3974390586004878 Dave Candy I just created a ticket a few mins ago. Hope it works for me too.
Comment ID: 3974395602671043 I already have a support case open with Integromat and have added a comment requesting them to reach out to Keap about getting his resolved
Comment ID: 3974398856004051 Thanks Ian Mapp if you hear anything please let us know. I have created a ticket as well. The more tickets we make the more eyes we can get on this issue I feel.
Comment ID: 3974400576003879 Ian Mapp so you have the link to your ticket. I'll comment on it as well if it's a public link.
Comment ID: 3974421956001741 Dave Candy Here is what they said.
Comment ID: 3974425596001377 I got that same form response. Exact same wording.
Comment ID: 3974431816000755 Still not working for me. I'm sure my response will be the same when I get it. Working for you?
Comment ID: 3974460585997878 It did work for some hours this morning, but then started throwing errors again. So, it is still broken.

Anybody have an idea what's wrong here? I tried reautorizing my connections, and I keep getting the same error stating. The operation failed with an error. [429] [Collection]
