So I've been charged for months without being able to log in to my account and use the service. Tried to email for a refund and cancellation with no response.
I tried to reset the password but it "remakes" my account and sets it as a free account.
I just want a full refund for all the months I haven't been able to use it so I can use Automate.io or Zapier.
