[Question: How to use Integromat to identify duplicate records] When a customer in Square has no email address I’m getting duplicate customers created in Knack. I know I could download all my customers to a spreadsheet and identify duplicates that way and I know I could make the email field unique - but I don’t want to do that for various reasons. What I’d like is to have a report in Integromat that I can run on a schedule that highlights the duplicate records so I can fix them manually. I can’t think how you’d set up a filter or do that. Any ideas?

Comment ID: 3975034169273853 I am not sure if there is square contact Id or knack contact id but you can use that.

When you get a new contact in square save it to knack with square contact id. In this way you can check in knack that if square id already exist or not.

If there is no square id then use knack I'd.

After creating contact in knack save that id in square. And when you try create contact in knack check for square id exist or not.

Hope this helps.
