Security: update jQuery to >=3.6.0 #184

The version of jQuery bundled in summarytools, 3.4.0, has unpatched vulnerabilities, for example, https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2020-11022.

Happy to provide a pull request with an updated jQuery if that would be useful.
