First of all, thanks a lot for this great package!
I often use the ctable() function for contingency tables and the Chi-square test of independence, withe the argument chisq = TRUE.
This is not a surprise, for small sample sizes (i.e., expected value < 5) it is recommended to use the Fisher's exact test. I have not seen the possibility to choose this test when using ctable(). Did I miss it in the documentation? If not, is this something you would consider adding in the future?
