Defect observed while watching the "Welcome to Google Wave" intro video.
The video starts from the beginning if you resize the panel

I was just about to post a similar issue.

I'm having this problem, but only with Firefox (I use only Firefox and Chrome, I
don't check against Safari).

When I resize the Panel which contains the wave (the rightmost) either by
changing
the window size or using the handler left to the wave, then the state of embeds
(I
guess that's mainly Flash) get's lost.

I posted this issue in the API Group, but that was definitely the wrong place
to post
it to (it got no repies). I quote:
-----------------
When I embed something in a gadget, whever I resize the wave the
plugin resets it's content.

For example the windows media player stop's playing and behaves as it
if has been freshly embedded, the same goes for flash players like
vimeo's player.

This does _not_ happen in Chrome.

There was a short span of time about a month ago where this issue
dissappeared.

It's not that the entire HTML content of the gadget get's rebuilt,
just the embedded objects.
-----------------

This is a very annoying issue, since I need to resize my browser window often.

Kind regards,
Daniel

We have seen the issue, and it is related to an 8-year-old bug in Firefox with
Flash.
We are looking into workarounds.

I've recently created an embedded flash gadgets, and i also experience the same
issues with FF, not Chrome nor Safari.

However if i remove any Wave and gadgets code and embed the swf file in a
webpage
(not iframe), then i don't see the FF resize/reloading issues.
