Cant upload profile picture #693

I tried to upload a picture several times but always get the following message:
One or more of the files you selected could not be uploaded. They may be
too large or not valid image files. Please check the files and your
internet connection and then try again.

I tried different fileformats: .gif .jpg .png
and different sizes: from 9kb to 21kb

I have attached some files that I tryed.
