Option to Change Layout #700

Why my navigation pane should be on left, inbox/mail list in middle and 
reading pane in left

I would be nice if a drag and move option is provided to relocate these panes 
as we wish

I prefer to have reading pane in middle and Inbox/ mail list on right

Also when we use multiple displays, we need option to open waves in new 
window so it can be moved to next display.
