Feature Request: Easier insertion of lolcats

I find myself always needing to write the same code over & over in my
robots just to insert a lolcat into the wave. It seems that lolcat
insertion is a pretty common operation in waves -- maybe because these
days, most discussions are concluded with a decisive lolcat.

I hope that the Robot API can support native insertion of lolcats, and I am
considering proposing that the Wave Conversation Model specification add a
<lolcat> element. I will post in that group after.
