wave.getParticipants() returns removed participants #740

wave.getParticipants() returns participants that have been removed from the 
wave. Is that intended behavior?

We would suggest that getParticipants only returns the current participants 
and that there is another function called getContributers, which returns all 
people who have been in the wave at some point.
