Active Robot API accepts a wrong consumer token-secret pair to some extent #745

I made two active robots and I mistakenly set a consumer token and secret pair 
to a different robot. 
Though the robot had a wrong pair, it suceeded to create new wave.

If the consumer key and secret pair were given to you for any robot, then it 
doesn't 
matter what the robot ID is. It will make it on behalf of the robot that the 
key/secret were registered for. That is the way it is meant to work.
