The comment for Robot#submit method writes:
Typically the wavelet will be the result of open_wavelet, blind_wavelet  or 
new_wavelet.
But maybe the following is correct:
Typically the wavelet will be the result of fetch_wavelet, blind_wavelet  or 
new_wavelet.
