Notifier Chrome extension should hide the "badge" when there's no unread wave #767

The GMail notifier extensions does this, as well as many other similar 
notifiers (I'm using ChromeBird to follow my Twitter stream for instance), 
but the Wave Notifier just displays "0".

At first sight I'm always wondering whether there are unread waves or not, as 
my brain is forced to interpret the zero instead of processing the boolean 
"displays some number".

A few people have made this request, so no zeros in the next version (ETA: a

days).

The behavior is changed in the latest version (1.1.0).
