Javadoc for setupOauth is inaccurate #768

The "Active API" overview at 
http://code.google.com/apis/wave/extensions/robots/operations.html omits an 
important detail: there are different registration links for sandbox and 
preview.  It implies that you use the same link for either.

The correct registration link for sandbox is 
https://wave.google.com/a/wavesandbox.com/robot/register

Looks like the sandbox registration link returns the same credentials.  In which
case, it's the javadoc for setupOAuth that is confusing.  But both links would 
still
be nice on that page.
