Uninstalling Saved Search Hook Extensions does not remove Saved Searches #769

When uninstalling Extensions such as the Google IO 2010 Extension which 
creates saved searches in the navigation bar, it does not remove the saved 
searches and it has to be done manually

Also a related bug to installing Search Hook Extensions is that now when Google 
Wave is 
opened, the search navigation "folder" opens instead of being closed
