Feature Request: Allow the Wave-This API to pass state to the gadget also. #783

I was thinking about the Wave This API the other day when I realised how 
much more functional it would be with the ability to pass state to gadgets 
that are added by it. I'm not certain the best way to go about this, but 
here is a mock up wavethis URL:

http://wave.google.com/wave/wavethis?...&g=http://url.for.a/gadget.xml,A_Sta
te="Example",AnotherState=3,

This would be a great extension of the WaveThis API, and would definitely 
open up lots of different uses.
