If a wave user is logged into an Apps domain, they are treated as anonymous on a wave embedded from googlewave.com #792

I have my card at joop.kiefte.eu/contact as an embedded wave. It would be very 
useful here to be able to follow this wave.
For googlewave.com I can do this by showing the toolbar, but if you have an 
account on another server (like wave.ideek.com) you are out of luck...

My proposed fix is to make it easy to start to follow any public wave by 
waveid, and then to make this easy and elegant.
